We're so sorry to hear this was your last experience with pelvic floor therapy. During your first appointment, we will take time to listen to your needs, goals, and concerns. Throughout treatment, we will reassess your symptoms and adjust your treatment plan as necessary. This ensures you know exactly what to expect, how your body is responding to treatment, and what the next step options are for future visits. We respect your time and financial investment in physical therapy and prioritize your confidence in the care we provide.

You do not need a provider referral to setup an appointment for treatment at our office.
If you would like to, you can have your provider/s fax us any additional information or notes you want to share with us. This is optional and not necessary.

Please wear clothing you are comfortable moving in during your session. It's ok to wear jeans or a dress. Many of our clients come from work, and there is no need to change your clothes. We have restrooms if you prefer to bring clothing to change into before your appointment. Please arrive a few minutes earlier to allow time for this so your session can start on time.
