Workshops &

staff trainings

At Pelvic Health & Wellness, we understand that pelvic floor health is foundational for overall wellbeing, yet it’s not talked about due to lack of awareness. Did you know that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men will experience pelvic floor dysfunction at some point in their lives?

Our expert-led workshops are designed to empower staff teams and clients with pelvic floor basics and practical strategies to address these common concerns through instruction and exercises.

Our workshops focus on

Identifying gaps in knowledge & community needs

Sharing easy-to-understand pelvic wellness education

Building connection with the pelvic floor through movement

Empowering teams and clients to take steps toward better health

We look forward to meeting you at a workshop!

Join us for Lakefront Lattes, a casual morning of coffee, movement, and connection with fellow wellness providers in the Milwaukee community!

We know some of the best professional relationships are built outside of formal networking events. Lakefront Lattes is an opportunity to step away from the office, get outside, and connect with other local providers in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Whether you're hoping to meet new referral partners, reconnect with familiar faces, learn more about the work happening in our community, or simply enjoy a walk and good conversation, we'd love to have you join us.

Strollers are absolutely welcome! Bring your little one along if that's what makes it possible for you to come.

☕️ Cost: $5 per person

Your registration helps cover coffee for the group. We'll have carafes of coffee ready at Colectivo for everyone who registers, so grab a cup and join us!
