On the call, we'll answer any questions you have about pelvic floor physical therapy and what you can expect about our clinic. This helps us make sure our approach is the right fit for you. From there, we'll find a time that works for your initial visit with one of our pelvic floor therapists. Before that appointment, you'll get a short list of simple next steps to take care of ahead of time, so your first session can dive right in.

Symptoms we most commonly treat in our office include:
Leaking bladder and/or bowels
Urgency
Heaviness or pressure in the pelvic floor - pelvic organ prolapse
Pain with intercourse and/or pleasure
Pain with inserting a tampon or during speculum exams
Pregnancy pain
Postpartum recovery, including C-section scar recovery
Menopause-related symptoms
Unexplained infertility
Hip, low back, and core pain or weakness
Sciatica pain
