You don’t have to figure this out alone
Returning to running postpartum can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. This program gives you the structure, support, and expertise to move forward with confidence.
This program is a great fit if you:
Are 3+ months postpartum
Can comfortably walk for 30 minutes
Want a supportive, beginner-friendly return to running
Participants should be cleared for exercise and not experiencing pelvic pain, heaviness, or leakage with walking.
If you are, we recommend starting with a pelvic floor PT evaluation first.
